Candy Melts Hamantaschen
Shortly after I set up a booth for Gefen featuring their new "Wonder Melts", Leah Shapira of "Cook Kosher" fame asked me to create a post for her Hamentash Week. With candy melts still on my mind, I figured why not try them for a Hamantaschen filling as well? Sure enough it turned out to be a perfect and fun alternative to a jelly filling.
