- 4 large potatoes-sliced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 onion chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ cup mixed mozzarella and cheddar cheese
- Slice potatoes and place in oven to table dish or individual ramekins.
- In a small bowl, combine heavy cream,onion,salt and pepper.
- Pour mixture over the potatoes .
- Cover and bake for 1 hour.
- Add cheese and bake uncovered till the cheese is melted and crispy.
